The Chefs of Cantigny are excited to introduce the newest event in our Culinary program,”Taste of the Farm”. Treat yourself to this fun event featuring a variety of stations showcasing farm to table concept foods and delightful wine pairings.

Roasted Brussels sprouts topped with bacon jam and a roasted garlic clove
Caesar salad with flank steak, garlic bread croutons, crispy Parmesan, and white anchovies
Pecan smoked beef rib with roasted chili jus and sweet potato mash
Brazillian spiced salmon with vegetables feijoada
