Then, step behind the bar for an interactive Blackberry Mint Julep cocktail-making session. Guided by expert mixologists, you’ll craft this bold yet refreshing drink, blending deep berry notes with the smooth complexity of locally distilled whiskey.

As the evening progresses, guests will participate in an interactive cocktail demonstration featuring the Bourbon and Baked Peach Smash—a rich, comforting drink inspired by the sweetness of late-summer peaches and the smoky warmth of bourbon. Set in a campground-inspired setting, this evening invites you to indulge in the bold, smoky essence of Scotch, your welcome pour designed to awaken the senses and set the tone for the night. As flames dance and the crisp air carries hints of oak and char, you'll settle in for an immersive cocktail-making experience.

Guided by Cantigny’s Food & Beverage staff, you'll craft a Maple Bourbon Smash, blending the warmth of bourbon with the rich sweetness of maple and the freshness of muddled citrus and mint.
