Complimentary youth fees for families with Youth Links certified junior
golfers.
Monday - Friday after 4pm & Saturday - Sunday after 12pm certified juniors
play free with a full paid adult fee. Junior Golfers certified at Cantigny Youth
Links (15 years old or younger) will receive a complimentary greens fee when
joined by an adult paying a full greens fee at qualifying times during the week.
One junior per each paid adult is eligible to play at no charge. Youth Links
Certified Juniors are required to show their Certification ID.
The junior may also receive complimentary cart fees when accompanied by an
adult paying an individual cart fee. Senior rates qualify as adult fees.
Spectators riding in carts will pay appropriate individual cart fees plus a $1
Spectator Fee.
NEW! Family Golf Tees
This is a great option for beginning golfers. Play from tees positioned much
closer to the green.
Available for 4, 9 or

As part of our re-commitment to family golf and introducing new players
to the game, Cantigny is proud to introduce the Family Course Program. This
program, sponsored by US Kids Golf and supported by the PGA of America, provides
two additional teeing options to match varying skill levels. It also provides the
perfect transition for junior golfers who are out-growing the Youth Links. The
Blue Family Tees measure at total of 1,100-1,150 yards for 9 holes and the Gold
Family Tees measure approximately 1,900 yards.
The Family Course is a perfect tie-in to the “Tee it Forward” campaign
supported by the PGA and USGA. This initiative encourages golfers to play from
the tees that match their abilities. What’s the best way to tell which tees to
hit from? On a typical par 4, the average PGA Tour player hits an 8-iron into
the green on their second (approach) shot. The “Tee it Forward” campaign suggests
you do the same: hit from the tees that offer you a short-to-middle iron into the
greens on your approach shots. Several golfers at Cantigny are
trying this program (i.e. moving from blue to white tees) and loving the newfound
enjoyment they are experiencing simply by shifting their perspective.
Family tees will be installed in May on the Woodside, Lakeside and Hillside
nines and will be one of highlighted programs introduced at Family Golf Weekend, June 8-10.

Don’t have time to play 18– or even 9 holes? Looking for an inexpensive way
to enjoy the game? Or are you a beginner wanting to play the golf course without
the pressure of trying to learn the game among all the “experienced” players?
Our new 4-hole Evening Play program provides opportunities for all golfers to
enjoy the game quickly and affordably in a relaxed environment. Many beginning
golfers look at Cantigny as being too much of a challenge. We’d like to prove
otherwise. Cantigny is a golf course that can be enjoyed by players of all skill
levels.
The 4-hole playing option will become available starting on Friday, June 8, 2012, for
the innaugural Family Golf Weekend, and will continue as a permanent program after
June 10. Here are a few key details:
- Beginning Monday, June 11, 4-hole play will be available each day of the week
after 6:00 pm. Reservations are required and golfers should call 630.668.8463 to
check availability.
- 4-hole fees will be $10 per person. Youth Links certified juniors will be no
charge when accompanied by a paid adult (one complimentary fee per paid adult).
- 4-hole play will be limited to walking only (those requiring special
consideration for cart usage should inform the reservationist when making a tee time
reservation).
- During Family Golf Weekend, 4-hole play will be available on Friday, June 8,
after 3:00 pm, and on Saturday, June 9, after 12:00 pm (no availability on Sunday
due to the
Parent/Junior Golf & Grill event).

To receive your benefits, you will need to show your Honor Club

Registration: To apply for a card, please
download the registration form. A photocopy of credentials that confirm your
active-duty or veteran status is required to receive a card.
When photocopying, be sure to cover personal information such as Social
Security number or spouse information.
Corporate Package Program
Corporate packages include prepaid anytime rounds (in the form of gift cards)
and vouchers for complimentary green fees. Just choose the number of gift cards
you want (either as foursomes or individual rounds). Gift cards never expire and
unused balances may be used for golf shop merchandise, food & beverage, Golf
Academy or Youth Links
Prices are based on peak 18-hole seasonal green fees.
Loyalty Program
Enjoy a complimentary round of golf when purchasing multiple-round packages
Take advantage of Cantigny’s new and improved Loyalty Program. The 2011
version is simpler and allows you to earn your rewards immediately. 18– and
9-hole packages are also available for both seniors and juniors.
