Mike Machay
Food and Beverage Manager
Coming to us directly from The Pump Room in Chicago, Mike has been at
Cantigny for the past 12 years. As Food and Beverage Manager, he brings
his many talents not only to Cantigny, but also to the students of
Robert Morris College where he teaches a class in the hospitality
industry. Mike has an MBA from Northern Illinois University and is a
member of the Advisory Counsel of the Restaurant Association of America.
