Chef John Scieszka

Executive Chef

A Chicago native, John is a graduate of Washburn Culinary School in Chicago. He apprenticed at the Ritz Carlton in Chicago and later moved to Medina Country club as the Executive Sous Chef. After becoming Executive Chef of Klein Creek, John was lured to Cantigny where he has been our Executive Chef for the past three years.
