Jeannie Chase
Food and Beverage Manager for Le Jardin
After
receiving her Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management at Ferris State
University in Michigan, Jeannie spent
two years on the Food and Beverage team at Cantigny Golf. In
1993 she moved to Visitors Services at
Cantigny
Park to manage the new Visitors Center, which included overseeing special
events. Jeannie is thrilled to now be the Food & Beverage Manager of Cantigny’s newest restaurant, Le Jardin.
