Presented by: Dr. Paul Callaway: Director of Golf Fitness Training at the Cantigny Golf Academy
This ‘Callaway Golf Fitness’ workshop series will focus on how golfers of all ages and skill levels can develop the physical ability to:
- Improve their posture, balance and flexibility for a stress-free swing with reduced injuries.
- Gain more golf-specific strength for added swing speed, power and distance with improved shot-making accuracy and consistency.
- Learn the ‘mind-body-swing’ total golf-performance ‘secrets’ of the PGA Tour Pros.

- All workshops will be presented at the Cantigny Golf Academy within the Callaway Golf Fitness (Suite D).

- Workshop capacity is limited to the first (25) golfers who pre-register.
- Workshop fees (Pay at the door/cash only): $10 Adults; $15.00 Couples; Juniors (under 18) are FREE when accompanied by their parent(s).
